四成日女接受與伴侶外男性上床

日本雜誌《週刊郵報》日前針對3,000名日本女性進行性行為調查，結果發現，近40%女性認為「與不是丈夫和戀人的其他男性也可以發生性愛」，顯示日本女性的性觀念日趨開放。
而問到堅持「只能與丈夫和男朋友發生性行為」，僅有32%的女性給予肯定回答。另外有28.4%的女性則認為，「如果沒有丈夫和男朋友的話，與其他男人發生關係也沒甚麼問題」。一位47歲的中女表示，像自己這樣已經進入中年的女性，已經很少與丈夫行房，如果這時有男性希望和自己發生關係，只要不被丈夫發現，一般都可以接受。另一名22歲女大學生覺得，只要是自己喜歡的對象，對方是不是男朋友都無所謂。
這一調查更顯示，這3,000名受訪女性中，有6.6%女性曾經賣淫，還有高達4.5%的女性玩過集體性愛。

亡兒抽精癡母抱孫

愛子被殺，痛徹心脾的母親作出具爭議的「復活工程」：為亡兒抽取精液並物色捐贈卵及代母，孕育孫兒以解憶子之苦。
美國德州單親媽媽Missy Evans(44歲，圖)，驚悉21歲唸大學的兒子勸交時遇襲，腦部重創昏迷，在醫生移除維生器前，她向法庭申請「抽精生孫」，獲法官恩准。整項計劃在美國約需125萬港元，若到墨西哥進行則只花約23萬港元；Evans選擇後者，並設立捐款網站及獲得踴躍捐贈。她寄望明年可以抱孫，卻有評論轟她製造「無父無母的苦命兒」。

擬立法全面禁煙 冰島吸煙要醫生證明

世界各地都有實施不同程度的禁煙措施，但始終不及北歐國家冰島那樣全面，因為冰島正考慮立法禁售香煙，並把煙列為醫生處方產品，只在藥房售賣，目的是要阻止青少年吸煙。
這項激進禁煙措施，是冰島為期十年的禁煙計劃一部份，冰島國會正就有關法案進行辯論，預計今年秋天表決。一旦法案通過，日後冰島所有商店都不准售煙，煙民要透過療程和教育計劃戒除煙癮。若他們煙癮太深，無法成功戒煙，醫生就可簽發醫生紙，並註明用量，讓年滿 20歲的吸煙人士憑處方到藥房購買香煙，幫助他們逐步戒除煙癮。
此外，所有公共場所，包括公園、行人路及車廂內日後都會全面禁煙。當地心臟科醫生指，冰島每包香煙售 1,000冰島克朗（ 66港元），若加上吸煙引致煙民請病假和生產力下降的成本，吸每包煙的成本應是 3,000冰島克朗（ 198港元）。

嫌枕邊人嘮叨 抑鬱病發 夫跳樓亡妻跪屍

【本報訊】一名情緒有問題中年男子，疑不堪妻子日夜嘮叨，加上抑鬱病發作，昨晨在元朗朗屏邨住所跳樓，壓斷兩樹樹枝，直墮休憩公園身亡。其妻子接訊趕至，跪屍嚎哭，悔疚地呼喊「係我日哦夜哦，吟吟沉沉……」，見丈夫最後一面時她激動搥胸。
男事主 55歲姓曹，與妻子和 3歲女兒住朗屏邨喜屏樓高層單位。據其妻子稱，以往與丈夫居於內地很開心，但來香港生活壓力又大，她經常提醒丈夫要注意這注意那，或因此令他抑鬱問題更趨嚴重。

激動搥胸　街坊心酸
昨晨 10時半，事主獨留家中，疑抑鬱病發作，突然在客廳打開窗門跳樓自殺，將休憩公園兩棵大樹的樹枝壓斷，直墮地面昏迷。警方接報封鎖現場，救護員確認事主已死亡。四小時後，警方聯絡到死者妻子前來認屍，當她聽到警員描述死者衣着樣貌後即放聲大哭，未幾跪在蓋屍帳篷前叫喊：「老公，做乜揼低我同個女呀，個女咁細個。」曹妻又說：「喺大陸住得好好哋，大家好開心，點解要嚟香港呀？」她更向丈夫悔疚地說：「係我日哦夜哦，吟吟沉沉……」當警員揭開帳篷讓她看丈夫最後一面時，她激動搥胸，街坊看到都感心酸。警方調查後相信事件無可疑。

It wasn’t so long ago that Thomas Heathfield was working in a bank.

But it was all getting rather routine and so he opted for something a little different – heading for South Africa, going without sleep for three days, putting himself in a trance and drinking goat blood

Mr Heathfield, 32, has given up his suit, laptop and his office to train as a witchdoctor.

He spent three months sleeping rough in the bush, wearing traditional robes and hunting for animal parts to prove he was strong enough to become a healer – known by locals as a sangoma.

The convert, from Maidenhead, Berkshire, previously advised a high street bank on management but said a spiritual awakening prompted his decision to drop everything.

‘The whole training process was really tough, but it means a lot to me so I’m really glad to have done it,’ he said.

‘It made me dig deeper and deeper to summon the will power to do things I never thought I’d be capable of. I’ve been interested in the work of sangomas for about ten years now, and really feel it is my spiritual calling.

‘Some people might see this as a weird decision because I had a successful job in the UK and quite a nice life. But I’ve realised that there is more to my life. Now I’m living in the real world more.

‘Here, if they want a chicken to eat, they kill it. In England I’d have gone to the supermarket.’

Mr Heathfield was given tribal name Gogo Mndawe by villagers near the town of Komatipoort, in Mpumalanga province.

The novice was banned from all contact with friends and family before his graduation ceremony on Sunday, attended by his parents Ally and Brian Heathfield who had travelled from the family home in England.

He added: ‘Mum and Dad were there, along with about 200 people from the surrounding villages. I hadn’t slept for three days, and I’d almost given up a couple of times. I had to give up my identity and the fact I am male. I was just a being.

‘My spirit wasn’t broken, though, and I’m relieved about that. It’s a great feeling.

‘It was a big deal for the locals, to see a white man like me joining them in their historic traditions. I think some of them probably thought I was a bit mad.’

Mr Heathfield had to learn enough of the local Swazi language, which is spoken in northern South Africa, to understand orders given to him at his final exam.

He learned how to put himself into a spiritual trace through a ritual dance called kuhlehla every day at 2.30am.

He had to find a goat bladder and other dissected body parts hidden half a mile from where the villagers were gathered.

After three days he was filthy and his hands and legs were covered in cuts but the trial culminated with him drinking goat blood – and then vomiting it back up.

Villagers sang and danced as he completed the open-air ceremony, which is called the twasa.

Mr Heathfield said he planned to stay in the village for a fortnight before moving to spend time in Cape Town, where he is friends with another healer.

More than 50 per cent of South Africans use traditional healing – which involves the use of herbs, bones and chants – including many educated professionals.

His mother said she had enjoyed her holiday in South Africa.

受害人述強暴經過 強姦犯庭上自瀆

愛爾蘭一名變態強姦犯，當女受害人在庭上作供講述遭強暴的經過時，他竟在被告席內自瀆，無疑對女受害人作另一次凌辱，行為令人髮指，最終被判監 15年。
變態男是 36歲的波蘭裔雅庫博夫斯基（ Przemyslaw Jakubowski圖），他是一名慣犯，到愛爾蘭工作前，曾在家鄉被裁定企圖強姦及搶劫罪成。去年 3月，他在愛爾蘭坎特克市（ Kanturk）將一名 31歲女子拖入公廁廁格，強暴 40分鐘，整個過程他都穿上女裝內褲。
雅庫博夫斯基其後被控強姦，上月女受害人在庭上作供，講述被姦的慘痛經歷時，他竟在被告席內自瀆，但法官、陪審團和庭警都沒察覺，只有坐在他旁邊的波蘭語女傳譯員看到，事後她向獄警報告。

女郎與男友旅館投宿 入錯房 上錯床 做錯愛

貴州一女子比戲說「上錯花轎嫁錯郎」更離譜！她日前與男友到旅館投宿時，走錯了房間，不只躺上陌生男子的床，還與對方發生性關係；待男子離開後，她才發現自己弄錯了，連忙報警稱被強姦。

26歲的女事主小娟（化名）是貴州威寧人，周一（ 6月 27日）參加朋友生日派對後，因時間太晚不方便回家，便與男友入住附近的小旅館。該旅館設施簡陋，當晚小娟摸黑起床上廁所，由於廁所是公共的，在走廊的末端，她如廁後竟迷迷糊糊走進了隔壁虛掩着門的房間，剛好房內也只有一名年輕男子躺在床上，她一時不察，將他誤當男友，更與他發生了性關係。

報警稱被強姦
兩人完事後，飛來艷福的男子穿上衣服，藉口上廁所，小娟這才認出對方並不是自己的男友，可是，還沒等她回過神來，該男子已一溜煙跑了。小娟這才發現走錯房間，立即跑回自己房間對着男友哭泣。在男友追問下，她道出原由，隨後到威寧縣威昭路派出所報案，報稱自己被強姦。但公安了解後認為，事情發生時小娟是自願的，所以該事件是否涉嫌強姦，令公安也覺得難以認定。
這宗離奇案件引起網民熱議，許多網民質疑女事主跟陌生男人發生關係時怎沒發現異常，「自己男人的東西都認不得？」有網民認為案件不能構成強姦，「最多告那個男的非法佔有」。內地不少律師也加入議論，山東的崔趨強律師認為，強姦罪的構成一定是違背婦女意志，小娟在案中「是自己的過失上錯床的，因此讓別人佔了便宜」。他認為事件不應上綱上線地說成強姦事件。人民網
